It feels good to be back in busy, beautiful, grey Vancouver. I'm at one of my many 'offices' getting warmed up for the day's business activities. This time, it's 'Our Town' cafe on Kingsway and Broadway.

It's hard to find a cafe that's pleasant, properly ventilated, not overly distracting, where you're comfortable sitting for ages without purchasing gallons of coffee, that has enough (or any) public plug-ins, and that has free wireless internet. There's only a few that perfectly match the criteria, but I've found a few, and I love them.  Telling you specifically which ones they are would not be in my best interest, but if you're living in Vancouver and enjoy a transient office lifestyle, I'll at least let you in on this little secret.
